Title: Berry Good Frozen Yogurt Pops

Yield: 9 Servings

1/2cWhipping cream
2tbConfectioners sugar
8ozRaspberry yogurt
9 Paper cups; 3 oz size
1/3cBlueberry spreadable fruit OR preserves
2tsHot water
9 Wooden craft sticks

In a large mixing bowl, whip cream on high speed until soft peaks form. Add confectiners sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.

With rubber spatula, gently forl yogurt into whipped cream until no streaks of white remain. Divide yogurt mixture evenly among nine paper cups.

In a small bowl, combine blueberry spreadable fruit or preserves and hot water; mix well. Spoon heaping teaspoon of blueberry mixture on top of yogurt in each cup.

Using a sharp knife, swirl blueberry mixture into yogurt. Insert a wooden craft stick into the center of each cup. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

Wrap tightly for longer storage.

To serve. Fill a red, white and blue painted flowerpot with chocolate cookie crumb "dirt". Plant the stick end of the the pop into the "dirt". To eat. Holding by stick, tear off and discard paper cup. Enjoy!
